Refused Deliveries

• Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. WILL incur additional shipping charges based on destination, weight, and size.

2. No Exceptions for Free Shipping or Promotions

3. Extended Processing & Delivery Times – No Guarantees

Installations  

It is highly recommended that you hire a professional for anything you purchase from The Trade Table that requires installation - we recommend using nationalservicecorp@gmail.com for installation company recommendations. The Trade Table is not responsible for assisting with installs, helping with installs, or anything install related. Once the package has been shipped and arrived to the customer’s destination with no damages, etc, it is on the customer to handle the installation process. The Trade Table will not pay for a customers installation and is not responsible for putting products together.

Chargebacks

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be handled seriously and result in you being criminally liable for theft. We will go to the full extent of the law to protect our company and ensure you are charged. If you have an issue with your purchase you must contact support@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553 to handle it. DO NOT issue chargebacks. Do not be a bad person. We are trying to provide a service to our customers and cannot do that if people are issuing fraudulent chargebacks.

To protect The Trade Table from chargebacks, we use ClearSale. ClearSale is a fraud solution software to stop fraud, sell more & create better customer experiences. The process for an order to be approved or denied by Clearsale for chargeback protection (ClearSale provides the protection) takes less than 24 hours after an order. Once approved, we will begin getting your order to you!

Q: I cannot find the serial number on the unit.

A: The factories have just stated to add the serial numbers, just put N/A on the warranty card.

Q: What information do I need to order parts?

A: You will need to tell us your place of purchase, age of product, product model number, part number, part description and quantity of the parts you need.

Q: How can I find the model number of my equipment?

A: The model number would be on your sales receipt, assembly directions, or a wall poster if you have one. You can send in a digital picture of the product to “service @bodysolid.com” for us to identify.
