Returns

The Trade Table has a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, this policy does not apply to all purchases on our catalog, as certain suppliers and manufacturers do not accept returns. Before purchasing, it is your responsibility to confirm the return eligibility of a product. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, uninstalled, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
  • The product must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returned items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. Products that are damaged due to improper return packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Restocking fees may apply based on supplier policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of initiating the return.
  • Return shipments must be sent through a trackable shipping service with proper insurance to cover any transit damage or loss.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact support@thetradetable.com or call 256-633-6553 to receive instructions on how to proceed. If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed steps for the return process, including where to send your product.

Return Exceptions

  • Certain items, such as custom orders, clearance items, final sale products, and items that have been used, installed, or modified, are not eligible for returns.
  • Products returned without prior authorization or that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be refunded or returned.

Cancellations

At The Trade Table, we offer one of the most flexible cancellation policies available:

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund before the item ships from the warehouse.
  • Once an item ships from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy if applicable.

Exceptions to Cancellations

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded after the order has been placed. Custom orders are considered final sales.
  • If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as a custom product, please confirm with us before placing your order by contacting info@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved for eligibility.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Force Majeure

The Trade Table is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders, providing services, or delivering products due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include but are not limited to:

  • Acts of Nature: earthquakes, floods, fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, or other natural disasters.
  • Shipping Disruptions: delays, loss, or failure caused by shipping carriers or transportation systems.
  • Labor Issues: strikes, shortages, or workforce disruptions.
  • Political Events: acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government-mandated restrictions.
  • Regulatory Delays: changes in government regulations, trade embargoes, or unexpected tariffs that hinder delivery or fulfillment.

In the event of a force majeure, The Trade Table will:

  • Notify customers of delays as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Work diligently to resolve the issue or provide an updated timeline for product delivery or service completion.
  • Offer options for cancellation, where applicable, for products significantly impacted by a force majeure event.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States

Due to significantly higher shipping costs, we have implemented the following strict policy for orders outside the contiguous 48 United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and other countries):

1. Additional & Mandatory Shipping Fees

  • Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. WILL incur additional shipping charges based on destination, weight, and size.
  • These fees are mandatory, non-negotiable, and must be paid in full before your order is processed.
  • If shipping costs exceed initial estimates, customers must pay the difference before shipment. Failure to pay will result in order cancellation with NO REFUND.

2. No Exceptions for Free Shipping or Promotions

  • No free shipping offers apply—ALL shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Promotional discounts, shipping coupons, or other shipping-related offers do not apply to non-contiguous U.S. orders.

3. Extended Processing & Delivery Times – No Guarantees

  • Orders outside the contiguous U.S. will take significantly longer to process and deliver.
  • Any estimated delivery times provided are NOT guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

4. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs & No Order Cancellations

  • All shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Carrier delays
    • Customs holds
    • Incorrect address provided by the customer
    • Refused deliveries
    • Returns for any reason
  • Once an order has been placed, it CANNOT be canceled or refunded. If you refuse delivery, your order will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Customer Responsible for Duties, Taxes, & Import Fees

  • Customers must pay all duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their local government. These fees are NOT included in the shipping cost.
  • If a package is held at customs due to unpaid fees, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve the issue. We do NOT provide refunds for packages delayed, seized, or returned due to unpaid fees.

6. All Return Costs Are the Customer’s Responsibility

  • We DO NOT cover return shipping costs under any circumstances. If you choose to return an item, you must pay for return shipping in full.
  • Returns must be pre-approved, and unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
  • If a return is accepted, only the product cost will be refunded—original shipping fees will NOT be refunded.

7. No Exceptions for Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers must ensure their shipping address is 100% accurate before placing an order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided:
    • We will NOT refund the order.
    • The customer must place a new order at their own expense.

8. No Liability for Lost, Stolen, or Rejected Packages

  • We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Once a package is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and retrieve it.
  • If a package is rejected or undeliverable for any reason (e.g., unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, failure to pick up), no refunds will be issued. You will have to pay reshipment fees. 

By placing an order with The Trade Table, you explicitly agree to these strict shipping terms. Failure to read or understand this policy does NOT exempt you from these terms.
