Price Match Policy

At The Trade Table, we are committed to offering you the best prices online. If you find a lower price for the exact same product (brand, model, and specifications) from a competitor, we will beat their price by $50 for products priced over $2,000.

To qualify for the Price Match Policy, you must submit the lower price for verification before making your purchase.

How to Initiate a Price Match

1. A screenshot, link, or other verifiable evidence of the lower price.
2. Proof that the lower price meets all the conditions listed below.

Limitations to the Price Match Policy

1. Online Retailers Only:

   • The lower price must come from an online store; physical retail stores or in-person quotes do not qualify.

2. Authorized Dealers Only:

   • The competitor must be an Authorized Dealer of the brand. We will not price match unauthorized resellers.

3. Exclusions:

   • Prices from auction sites, discounter websites, liquidation platforms, or membership-only sites (e.g., eBay, Overstock, Amazon third-party sellers) are not eligible.

4. No Additional Discounts:

   • When we beat a price, no additional discounts, coupons, or offers may be applied.

5. Promotional and Special Event Pricing:

   • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday promotions, clearance pricing, or limited-time sales are excluded from this policy.

6. Pre-Purchase Requirement:

   • The lower price must be submitted for review prior to purchase. Requests made after an order is placed will not be eligible for price matching.

7. Sales Tax:

   • Price matches do not include sales tax for customers purchasing within Alabama.

8. Post-Purchase Requests:

   • Price match submissions after purchasing are not guaranteed due to factors such as Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) violations, supplier restrictions, or pricing margins. In some cases, price matching may result in a net loss for The Trade Table, which is why verification is required before order submission.

9. Brand-Specific Restrictions:

   • Certain brands or suppliers may not allow price matching due to their policies. Always check with our customer service team for clarification on specific brands or products.

Additional Conditions

• The competitor’s lower price must be current, publicly advertised, and verifiable at the time of the price match request.
• The price match applies to the total product price (including shipping fees, if applicable).
• The Trade Table reserves the right to decline a price match request if it violates supplier agreements, Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP), or other contractual obligations.
• We reserve the right to modify, limit, or cancel this Price Match Policy at any time without prior notice.
