Forrest Webber - Founder

Forrest Webber founded The Trade Table, a home improvement e-commerce company after leaving his role as a Data Domain Architect at JPMorgan. 

Seeking personal growth and practical skills, Forrest initially pursued an electrician apprenticeship. Along the way, he noticed a gap in trade supply stores catering to everyday homeowners, inspiring him to launch The Trade Table.

Now fully focused on growing the brands, Forrest is dedicated to providing homeowners with quality products and exceptional service.

Forrest Webber

John Serrano - Lead Operator

John is the Operations Manager at The Trade Table, where he has been a member of the team since November 2022. With a strong background in customer service, product uploads, SEO, and product knowledge, John plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Over time, he has become well-versed in key categories like Mini-Splits, Fireplaces, and Kitchen Appliances, establishing himself as a go-to account manager for both customers and the team.

Committed to continuous improvement, he plans to pursue certifications to further expand his skills and contribute to The Trade Table’s continued growth.

Orpha Casada - Product Manager

Orpha is a Product Manager at The Trade Table, joining the team in May 2023. She is dedicated to creating products that resonate with customers, optimizing product descriptions and pricing to ensure clarity, and effectively communicating the value of each item.

With a strong commitment to understanding user needs, Orpha leverages data-driven insights to develop intuitive, user-centric solutions. Her approach blends a customer-first mindset focused on achieving business objectives, consistently driving customer satisfaction and growth.

Brother Brands owns Bear Brothers Cleaning, a thriving cleaning company based in Alabama. The idea for the business emerged after Forrest completed his electrician apprenticeship. 

Having recently earned a 4-year degree from Tulane University, he was eager to start a home services brand but wanted to avoid committing to additional years of schooling required for most home service industries.

Cleaning perfectly fits his ambitions, aligning with his goals of a quick start. Since its inception, Bear Brothers Cleaning has been dedicated to making homes "Beary Clean," delivering exceptional service with over 100 5-star reviews.

After a major Google Search update derailed one of Forrest Webber's projects, Talking Tradesmen, he realized the risk of relying solely on Google to attract customers. Determined to take control of his customer base and build a more sustainable strategy, he decided to focus on direct community engagement.

Instead of "renting" customers from Google, Forrest created a local newsletter and directory website to "own" the email addresses of potential customers in the areas where his businesses operate.

Thus, Homely Media was born and is currently represented by Homely Huntsville and Homely Birmingham.

Homely Huntsville has grown to serve over 1,000 subscribers with its newsletter, delivering content tailored to the Huntsville community. The accompanying website acts as a comprehensive directory for nearly every business in the area, bridging the gap between customers and local enterprises.

This innovative approach empowers local businesses, helps local customers, and ensures that Forrest's companies remain deeply connected to the communities they serve.

Digital Marketing Brands 

Throughout Forrest's journey building The Trade Table and Bear Brothers Cleaning, he honed invaluable skills in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO and PPC strategies.

His work managing digital marketing for his father’s companies, TriHaz Solutions, and Plastic Fusion, further sharpened these skills. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and its impact on business growth.

Recognizing the demand for these specialized skills and his passion for generating business leads, Forrest launched Tradesmen Agency, a digital marketing agency focused on serving tradesmen—a term Forrest applies broadly to include a range of industries.
