How to use Stretching Machine
Using a stretching machine is a simple process. First, adjust the machine to your height and preferences for comfort. Before starting, remember to warm up your muscles with light aerobic exercises or dynamic stretching to prepare them for stretching. Once you're ready, choose the specific stretch you want to focus on, targeting different muscle groups as needed. Engage the machine by securing your feet, legs, or other body parts in the designated pads or straps.
Slowly initiate the stretch by moving the handles, cranks, or levers, and gradually increase the range of motion until you feel a comfortable stretch. Hold the stretch for about 15 to 30 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the movement. Gently release the stretch and return to the starting position. You can repeat the stretch 2 to 4 times, depending on your comfort level and the machine's instructions.

After using the stretching machine, perform static stretching or gentle movements to cool down your muscles. Make stretching with the machine a consistent part of your fitness routine for the best results. The stove is working beautifully! Up here in the San Juan Mountains, we're starting to experience some chilly mornings. Today, it was below 30 degrees at 7 am! I'm grateful for having this Heater, especially since the days warm up to nearly 80 degrees, making it pretty spectacular.
