Shipping

Where We Ship

The Trade Table ships to all lower 48 states (contiguous United States) for free on most products. Some brands/products we are not able to ship for free - if you want to know if the product you're interested in ships for free chat us in the bottom left corner, call us at 256-633-6553 or email us at info@thetradetable.com.

If you're interested in a product and outside the lower 48 please contact info@thetradetable.com. In some cases we may be able to get you the product you want with an additional shipping charge. Always be sure to contact info@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553 when placing an order outside the lower 48. 

Shipping Time

It’s our goal to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times, but these are just estimations and are not guaranteed. Many things out of our control could impact the shipping time, such as supply chain issues. As soon as your order is placed, we will reach out to the supplier to ensure the product is available for immediate shipment (this does not apply to custom orders). If it is not, we will reach out to you with an arrival estimate to see if you want to proceed with the order. If not, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund immediately. 

If the product is in stock (and not a custom order), most items will ship within 2-5 days of your order. Tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of your product leaving the warehouse; if you do not receive the tracking information or have any questions, contact sales@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553.

Shipping Information

All shipping information, besides the shipment price, is subject to change. With the current nature of logistics, our suppliers can only sometimes provide us with accurate information. We will be sharing any information they share with us about the shipment, but it is subject to change. For example, if a supplier tells us a kitchen package will include all products in one shipment, and when it comes time for shipment, parts of the package are shipped separately - that is out of our control. We will do our very best to provide you with up-to-date and accurate information - any information we are given, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

Service Center Information

You may have to set up a time for the product to be delivered to your household due to the heavy nature of the products. If the product is delayed in shipping because you have not set up a delivery time with the service center, that is not on The Trade Table. 

We do not control the service centers that the products are shipped to, but we will relay all information we are given, but we do not have the power to force the service centers (shipping centers) to do anything. 

Warranty

Warranty

Most of the items on our catalog have warranty periods, but it varies from brand to brand and product to product. In most cases, you must submit your warranty within 30 days for it to apply. It is not our responsibility to submit your warranties. If you have questions about a product's warranties, reach out to support@thetradetable.com 256-633-6553.

Damages

If you receive a damaged purchase, you must submit the damages within 24 hours of receiving the purchase to support@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553. Any submissions past 24 hours will not be accepted. 

Post Purchase

We are not responsible for any damages a product causes. Once you receive the product(s), you are responsible for the proper installation and handling of them. If an installer incorrectly installs your product, you/the installer are responsible. We highly recommend picking out the most reputable company in your area to do the installation for you. 

Returns

Returns

The Trade Table has have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy does not apply to all purchases on our catalog. Some suppliers do not accept returns. If you want the policy on a specific product, please get in touch with support@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how to initiate the return. The buyer will pay all return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply. 

Cancellations

We have the best cancellation policy online - cancel before the items ship for a full refund (exceptions apply). You must cancel before the item ships from the warehouse if you want to cancel your order and get a refund. Once the item ships from the warehouse, you will not be eligible for this policy. This does not apply to custom orders. 

Price Match

Price Match 

The Trade Table wants to offer you the best prices online.

If you find a lower price of the same product, we will beat their price by $50 (because every dollar counts right) for products over $2000 (this does not apply to all products in the store). 

For the policy to apply, please send us a screenshot, link, or any other evidence of the product being priced lower than ours before making the purchase. 

Please contact info@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553 to initiate a price match review. 

Limitations to the Price Match Policy:

  • The price must come from an online store (it cannot have a physical location)
  • The price cannot be from an auction or discounter website (ex: eBay)
  • You cannot apply discounts when we beat a price
  • The price has to come from an Authorized Dealer of the brand
  • Black Friday and other promotions prices do not apply 
  • You must submit the price match before purchasing
  • The price match does not include sales tax if you're purchasing from Alabama
  • We cannot guarantee price match submissions after purchasing the order because of MAP violations, different margins, etc. In some cases, price match would put us at a loss which is why we need to know before submitting the order to our supplier
  • Always check with our customer service team if you have any questions; some brands make it impossible to offer this policy 

Shopping Policy

Shopping with The Trade Table

By shopping with The Trade Table, you agree to the following:

  • Any damaged purchases must be sent to support@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553 within 24 hours.
  • You are responsible for the costs of shipping in cases of returns or exchanges.
  • The product must be returned unused and unopened - if identified as such by the supplier, you will be charged restocking fees that vary from product to product.
  • Once the product ships, you are responsible for any shipping fees; cancellation must be before shipment.
  • Any shipping estimates provided are not guaranteed, and any variance from the estimated time is out of the control of The Trade Table.
  • You agree to not issue a chargeback for shipment delays or anything else that is out of the control of The Trade Table. You are bonded not to give fraudulent chargebacks and will be charged with criminal charges if you do. 

Installations  

It is highly recommended that you hire a professional for anything you purchase from The Trade Table that requires installation - we recommend using nationalservicecorp@gmail.com for installation company recommendations. The Trade Table is not responsible for assisting with installs, helping with installs, or anything install related. Once the package has been shipped and arrived to the customer’s destination with no damages, etc, it is on the customer to handle the installation process. The Trade Table will not pay for a customers installation and is not responsible for putting products together.

Chargebacks

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be handled seriously and result in you being criminally liable for theft. We will go to the full extent of the law to protect our company and ensure you are charged. If you have an issue with your purchase you must contact support@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553 to handle it. DO NOT issue chargebacks. Do not be a bad person. We are trying to provide a service to our customers and cannot do that if people are issuing fraudulent chargebacks.

Clearsale

To protect The Trade Table from chargebacks, we use ClearSale. ClearSale is a fraud solution software to stop fraud, sell more & create better customer experiences. The process for an order to be approved or denied by Clearsale for chargeback protection (ClearSale provides the protection) takes less than 24 hours after an order. Once approved, we will begin getting your order to you! 

If you do not agree to these policies please leave the website.

ZLINE Shipping

Bundles

Many ZLINE bundles will be shipped in different shipments. For example, if you order a complete package of Range, Rangehood, Fridge, and Dishwasher - The rangehood could be sent from a different warehouse than the rest of the items and thus be on different freights. We will update you with all tracking numbers once they are made available and keep you as updated as we can throughout the process. 

We've requested in the past that the bundle be shipped all together, but this is not an option for some bundles.

Installation 

All parts will come required to complete fully install the product. It is highly recommend for zline appliances that you hire an appliance company to hook up and do installation. The Trade Table is not responsible for installation. We recommend contacting nationalservicecorp@gmail.com for installation company recommendations.

All ZLINE items are shipped via FedEx Ground, except where noted (some models will be shipped via Truck Freight, due to their size and/or weight). Full insurance is included in all shipments. If the item has “FREE SHIPPING” then the item will have full insurance. 

Warranty

Returns

ZLINE Kitchen and Bath products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 60 days from the delivery date. Please note, all returns are subject to shipping costs back to the manufacturer. These costs will be deducted from the customer’s total refund amount. 

All returns and refunds are subject to and dependent on the following:

  • Shipping charges for ZLINE products are as follows:
    • Parcel orders up to $300: $50 return shipping fee
    • Parcel orders over $300: $100 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments up to 299 pounds: $200 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments of 300-399 pounds: $300 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments of 400-499 pounds: $400 return shipping fee
    • Freight shipments over 500 pounds: $500 return shipping fee
  • Returns for refunds requested before 30 days from the delivery date are subject to the shipping charges outlined above. Returns after 30 days face an additional 20% restocking fee based off the original purchase price.
  • Returns will only be accepted for a maximum of 60 days from the delivery date. Customers must inspect their ZLINE product upon arrival for damage in order to process a return or replacement within this timeframe.
  • If products arrive damaged or defective, ZLINE will exchange them free of charge and arrange a prompt replacement. Please note, photographs and/or videos clearly showing damaged or defective products are required to process a replacement. Box damage does not count. The box must be opened and clear evidence of product damage needs to be apparent.
  • Products should be opened and inspected upon delivery and any damage should be reported immediately. Damage claims reported after 5 days are subject to denial.
  • Under no circumstances may products be replaced or returned after installation.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and additional fees if returned unusable or damaged due to improper packing, installation, and/or modification in any way. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  • Accessories such as chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, etc., are not eligible for returns.
