  • You must submit the price match before purchasing

  • We cannot guarantee price match submissions after purchasing the order because of MAP violations, different margins, etc. In some cases, price match would put us at a loss which is why we need to know before submitting the order to our supplier

Shopping Policy

Shopping with The Trade Table

By shopping with The Trade Table, you agree to the following:

  • Any damaged purchases must be sent to support@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553 within 24 hours.
  • You are responsible for the costs of shipping in cases of returns or exchanges.
  • The product must be returned unused and unopened - if identified as such by the supplier, you will be charged restocking fees that vary from product to product.
  • Once the product ships, you are responsible for any shipping fees; cancellation must be before shipment.
  • Any shipping estimates provided are not guaranteed, and any variance from the estimated time is out of the control of The Trade Table.
  • You agree to not issue a chargeback for shipment delays or anything else that is out of the control of The Trade Table. You are bonded not to give fraudulent chargebacks and will be charged with criminal charges if you do. 

Installations  

It is highly recommended that you hire a professional for anything you purchase from The Trade Table that requires installation - we recommend using nationalservicecorp@gmail.com for installation company recommendations. The Trade Table is not responsible for assisting with installs, helping with installs, or anything install related. Once the package has been shipped and arrived to the customer’s destination with no damages, etc, it is on the customer to handle the installation process. The Trade Table will not pay for a customers installation and is not responsible for putting products together.

Chargebacks

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be handled seriously and result in you being criminally liable for theft. We will go to the full extent of the law to protect our company and ensure you are charged. If you have an issue with your purchase you must contact support@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553 to handle it. DO NOT issue chargebacks. Do not be a bad person. We are trying to provide a service to our customers and cannot do that if people are issuing fraudulent chargebacks.

The process for an order to be approved or denied by Clearsale for chargeback protection (ClearSale provides the protection) takes less than 24 hours after an order. Once approved, we will begin getting your order to you!

VERSACLIMBER / VERSACLIMBER OFFERS A 5-YEAR COMMERCIAL & LIFETIME CONSUMER WARRANTY; SOME CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS APPLY.

VersaClimber is the world's premier vertical exercise equipment machine, and it is backed by the industry’s longest warranty. Unlike our competitors, we provide a lifetime warranty for at home personal, non-commercial space; and a 5-year warranty for commercial use customers. Some conditions & exclusions apply.

VERSACLIMBER / VERSAPULLEY LIMITED WARRANTY

  1. Heart Rate, Inc. (H.R.I.) warrants to the original purchaser that our VersaClimbers are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance subject to the terms and conditions Hereafter set forth. Except for the above warranty, it is expressly agreed that NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE or of a particular use nor any warranty of any kind whatsoever express, implied or statutory is made by Heart Rate Inc. (HRI)
  2. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, tampering, negligence, accidents, abnormal conditions, lack of adequate maintenance or unauthorized service or alterations to the product.
  3. Liability of H.R.I. is limited to either repair or replacement of the defective part or the replacement of the machine at the option of H.R.I. on an exchange basis, with the customer bearing all costs of shipping and handling to and from the factory.

  5. During the first year, all labor is covered by the warranty. All labor repairs will be performed at the factory on warranty and non-warranty parts.
  6. This warranty does not cover paint deterioration, discoloration, chipping or rust.
  7. After all of the foregoing conditions have been complied with, if H.R.I. shall thereupon attempt repairs and /or replacements which shall for any reason fail, H.R.I.'s shall be allowed to continue to attempt to remedy any defects for so long a period of time as, In H.R.I. sole judgment, such attempt is justified.
  8. The foregoing shall be the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy, whether based on or otherwise, and H.R.I. shall not be liable for any injuries to persons or property. In no event shall H.R.I. be liable for incidental or consequential damages to commercial losses, nor for any other loss or damages except as above set forth.
  9. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and of all other obligations or liability on the part of H.R.I. No person, firm or corporation is authorized to assume any other liability on behalf of H.R.I.
  10. This warranty is non-transferrable from original recipient.

All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be authorized prior to return. Freight/shipping charges (to and from) customers are not refundable. Inside delivery is an additional charge if not previously indicated on the sales order. This charge will be billed accordingly if customer requests it at the time of delivery.

Returns

15 DAY RETURN POLICY
While we fully believe in the products we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or it may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 15-day Return Policy for refund less shipping.

RETURNING YOUR VERSACLIMBER
If you are not 100% satisfied with your VersaClimber, you may return within fifteen (15) days after delivery for a full refund less shipping costs.

All shipping and freight charges “to” and “from” are non-refundable. Customer pays all shipping obligation.

If your VersaClimber is returned damaged caused by neglect, oversight, carelessness, not properly packaged, with missing parts, or otherwise shows signs of abuse, VersaClimber reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fee.

All returns must be authorized before VersaClimber is to be shipped back for refund. Please contact your sales rep or the reseller from where you purchased the VersaClimber, for authorization, return instructions and procedure.

All other returns that exceed our 15 day return policy may be subject to 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be shipped in the original VersaClimber packaging. If packaging has been lost or thrown away, we will sell you new product packaging.
Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
