Most products and brands at The Trade Table qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). However, certain products, brands, or large, heavy, or specialty items may not be eligible for free shipping due to their size, weight, or other factors. Where We Ship

The Trade Table ships to the lower 48 states (contiguous United States) for free on most products.

If you are located outside the contiguous United States (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations), shipping availability and costs will vary. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional shipping charge, which must be agreed upon in writing before finalizing the purchase.

Shipping Times

We strive to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as supply chain delays, weather, or carrier logistics, can affect delivery times.

Upon placing your order, we will verify product availability with the supplier. This does not apply to custom orders.

• If the product is not available for immediate shipment, we will contact you with an estimated arrival time. You may choose to proceed with the order or request a cancellation and full refund.
• If the product is in stock, most orders (excluding custom orders) will ship within 2-5 business days.

Shipping Information

All shipping information, including timelines and delivery expectations, is subject to change. The Trade Table relies on third-party suppliers and logistics providers, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided to us. For example:

• If a supplier informs us that your order will ship as one complete package but later splits the shipment into multiple deliveries, this is outside of our control.
• Similarly, if the delivery timeframe provided to us changes unexpectedly, we will inform you immediately and work to resolve the issue where possible.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping delays, partial shipments, or unforeseen changes to delivery details are not the responsibility of The Trade Table.

Service Center Information

For heavy or oversized products, deliveries are often managed through third-party service centers. You may be required to coordinate a delivery appointment directly with the service center to receive your product.

• If your product is delayed because you failed to schedule a delivery time with the service center, The Trade Table is not liable for any delays or additional costs incurred.
• While we will relay all information provided by the service center, The Trade Table does not control the actions, policies, or schedules of these third-party service centers. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee their performance or availability.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of an order for any reason other than clear and visible damage noted at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for any associated shipping costs, restocking fees, or return expenses as determined by our suppliers.

Damages During Shipping

Inspect all products upon delivery. If you notice damage or missing items, report it within 24 hours of receiving the delivery to support@thetradetable.com or call 256-633-6553. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may void your ability to file a claim or receive a replacement.

Product Ownership and Liability

Once a product is delivered to you, you assume full ownership and responsibility for it. The Trade Table is not responsible for:

1. Improper Installation – We recommend that all products be installed by licensed and reputable professionals. Incorrect installation can void warranties and cause product damage or safety hazards.
2. Damage After Delivery – Any damage that occurs after delivery, including during installation, is not covered by The Trade Table.
3. Loss or Misuse – Any damage, loss, or safety issues caused by improper use, neglect, or failure to follow the product's guidelines are solely the buyer’s responsibility.

Warranty

Any damage reports submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted, and The Trade Table will not be liable for damages reported outside this timeframe.

Please note: Damage claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must meet the manufacturer's and/or shipping provider's guidelines. Damages caused during installation, misuse, or improper handling are not covered.

Post Purchase

Once the product(s) have been delivered and received:

• You assume full responsibility for the proper installation, handling, and use of the product(s).

  • Damages, injuries, or losses caused by improper installation, handling, or misuse of the product(s).
  • Costs incurred from improper installation, such as labor, repairs, or professional services.

Product Accuracy and Limitations

Returns

The Trade Table has a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, this policy does not apply to all purchases on our catalog, as certain suppliers and manufacturers do not accept returns. At The Trade Table, we are committed to offering you the best prices online. If you find a lower price for the exact same product (brand, model, and specifications) from a competitor, we will beat their price by $50 for products priced over $2,000.

To qualify for the Price Match Policy, you must submit the lower price for verification before making your purchase.

How to Initiate a Price Match

4. No Additional Discounts:

   • When we beat a price, no additional discounts, coupons, or offers may be applied.

6. Pre-Purchase Requirement:

Shopping with The Trade Table

By shopping with The Trade Table, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for the costs of shipping in cases of returns or exchanges.
• The product must be returned unused and unopened - if identified as such by the supplier, you will be charged restocking fees that vary from product to product.
• Once the product ships, you are responsible for any shipping fees; cancellation must be before shipment.
• Any shipping estimates provided are not guaranteed, and any variance from the estimated time is out of the control of The Trade Table.
• You agree to not issue a chargeback for shipment delays or anything else that is out of the control of The Trade Table. You are bonded not to give fraudulent chargebacks and will be charged with criminal charges if you do. 
  

Installations  

It is highly recommended that you hire a professional for anything you purchase from The Trade Table that requires installation - we recommend using nationalservicecorp@gmail.com for installation company recommendations. The Trade Table is not responsible for assisting with installs, helping with installs, or anything install related. Once the package has been shipped and arrived to the customer’s destination with no damages, etc, it is on the customer to handle the installation process. The Trade Table will not pay for a customers installation and is not responsible for putting products together.

Chargebacks

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be handled seriously and result in you being criminally liable for theft. We will go to the full extent of the law to protect our company and ensure you are charged. If you have an issue with your purchase you must contact support@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553 to handle it. DO NOT issue chargebacks. Do not be a bad person. We are trying to provide a service to our customers and cannot do that if people are issuing fraudulent chargebacks.

Clearsale

To protect The Trade Table from chargebacks, we use ClearSale. ClearSale is a fraud solution software to stop fraud, sell more & create better customer experiences. The process for an order to be approved or denied by Clearsale for chargeback protection (ClearSale provides the protection) takes less than 24 hours after an order. Once approved, we will begin getting your order to you!

Thor Kitchen Limited Warranty

WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY?

Thor Kitchen (“we” or “Thor Kitchen”) extends this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the Product, as defined below (“you”). It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the Product. You MUST have your original purchase receipt in order to obtain your warranty. Please call the toll-free number below for troubleshooting and warranty service claims.

WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE?

This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 12 or 24 months (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the Product. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the Product.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your new Thor Kitchen’s products (“Product”) and the internal component of the Product for the Warranty Period. Depending on the Product you purchased from us, the limited warranty coverage might be different.

Thor Kitchen Appliance is designed for Single Family Residential Personal Use.

If your Thor Kitchen product is used in a setting other than Single Family Residential Use, it will be considered for Commercial Use and the product will carry a 6-month parts and labor warranty (6-month Parts Warranty for the products with parts labor warranty only) from the date of purchase.

This 24-month limited warranty covers expenses for parts and labor for the Products set forth below:

• Range
• Rangetop
• Wall Oven
• Refrigerator
• Dishwasher
• Under Counter Refrigeration

This 24-month limited warranty covers expenses only for parts for the Products set forth below:

• Beverage Center*
• Range Hood
• Ice Maker
• Wine Cooler*
• Outdoor Kitchen Suite
• Pizza Oven

*In the event of a sealed system failure, the unit would be replaced with a new or refurbished model equal to or with similar features as the original product purchased by you at Thor’s discretion.

This 12-month limited warranty covers expenses for parts and labor for the Products set forth below:

• Cooktop

• Microwave Drawer

WHAT WILL THOR KITCHEN DO UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

With respect to defective Products during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either repair or replace such Product (or the defective part) free of charge, except for certain Products listed above that you may be covered only the costs for parts under this limited warranty.

Repair parts or replacement products covered by this limited warranty may be new or factory-remanufactured and are warranted for the greater of (i) the remaining Warranty Period for the original product warranty or (ii) ninety (90) days from the date the repair part is installed, or the replacement product is delivered.

In-home repair service within the United States may be provided during the Warranty Period subject to availability. In-home repair service may not be available in all areas.

If Thor Kitchen’s technicians cannot repair a defect of a product determined by the sole discretion of Thor Kitchen, the Product may be replaced with a new or refurbished model equal to or with similar features as the original product purchased by you at Thor’s discretion. Replacement product will be covered by the greater of (i) the remaining Warranty Period of the original product warranty or (ii) ninety (90) days from the date the replacement product is delivered.

This limited warranty covers Thor Kitchen’s Products within the United States and Canada.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

• Damages in shipping and transportation of the Product, unless such damages are reported to Thor Kitchen within seven (7) days after the Product is delivered
• Cosmetic damages to the Product, including scratches, dents, chips or other damages to the finishing of the Product, unless such damages are resulted from defects of materials or workmanship and reported to Thor Kitchen within ninety (90) days after the Product is delivered
• Any damages due to: Improper installation; failure to follow the Product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; normal wear and tear; services or repaired performed by an unauthorized service center; modifications; external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond Thor’s reasonable control.
• Disposal fees for the Product
• Performance issues of the Product caused by defects of the Product outside the Warranty Period
• Damages incurred to the home or premises during installation of the Product, including but not limited to the floors, walls, and furniture
• Rust on interior or exterior of the Product
• Products which model or serial number that has been defaced, removed, modified, altered, or missing
• Product models that are sold as-is, display, resale, auction, liquidation, outlet, or discontinued products, etc.
• Content losses of food due to spoilage
• Freezer and refrigerator liners
• Replacement of the light bulbs, filters, plastic housing, or other expendable items in the Product
• Acts of nature, including but not limited to damages caused by pest, vermin, lightning, wind, fire, flood, or acts of God
• Shipping and transportation charges in case of repair or replacement
• Costs for travel, mileages, and transportation for warranty service if the Product is located in a remote area where service by Thor Kitchen’s authorized service providers is not available
• Service calls to Thor Kitchen that do not cover by this limited warranty 
  

HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?

To obtain warranty service, you must call The Trade Tabke at (256) 587-2921 during the Warranty Period.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RETURN POLICY

Return Requests for non-defective products are subject for approval of the management and manufacturer. RMA will be issued once approved. This term does not extend to other direct and/or indirect expenses (e.g. transport, insurance). If approved, all expenses must be shouldered by the buyer and the unit(s) to be returned must be packed securely.

Returning the units without an approved RMA will be denied and refund will not be honored. All Terms and Conditions and Warranty are agreed upon/by the time of purchase.
