Shipping Costs

Most products and brands at The Trade Table qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). However, certain products, brands, or large, heavy, or specialty items may not be eligible for free shipping due to their size, weight, or other factors. Where We Ship

The Trade Table ships to the lower 48 states (contiguous United States) for free on most products.

If you are located outside the contiguous United States (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations), shipping availability and costs will vary. Please contact us at info@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553 prior to placing an order. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional shipping charge, which must be agreed upon in writing before finalizing the purchase.

Shipping Times

We strive to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as supply chain delays, weather, or carrier logistics, can affect delivery times.

Upon placing your order, we will verify product availability with the supplier. This does not apply to custom orders.

  • If the product is not available for immediate shipment, we will contact you with an estimated arrival time. You may choose to proceed with the order or request a cancellation and full refund.
  • If the product is in stock, most orders (excluding custom orders) will ship within 2-5 business days.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, tracking information will be provided within 24 hours. If you do not receive tracking information or have questions, please contact us at sales@thetradetable.com or 256-633-6553.

Shipping Information

All shipping information, including timelines and delivery expectations, is subject to change. The Trade Table relies on third-party suppliers and logistics providers, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided to us. We will communicate any updates we receive about your shipment as soon as possible.

For example:

  • If a supplier informs us that your order will ship as one complete package but later splits the shipment into multiple deliveries, this is outside of our control.
  • Similarly, if the delivery timeframe provided to us changes unexpectedly, we will inform you immediately and work to resolve the issue where possible.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping delays, partial shipments, or unforeseen changes to delivery details are not the responsibility of The Trade Table.

Service Center Information

For heavy or oversized products, deliveries are often managed through third-party service centers. You may be required to coordinate a delivery appointment directly with the service center to receive your product.

  • If your product is delayed because you failed to schedule a delivery time with the service center, The Trade Table is not liable for any delays or additional costs incurred.
  • While we will relay all information provided by the service center, The Trade Table does not control the actions, policies, or schedules of these third-party service centers. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee their performance or availability.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of an order for any reason other than clear and visible damage noted at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for any associated shipping costs, restocking fees, or return expenses as determined by our suppliers.

Damages During Shipping

Inspect all products upon delivery. If you notice damage or missing items, report it within 24 hours of receiving the delivery to support@thetradetable.com or call 256-633-6553. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may void your ability to file a claim or receive a replacement.

Product Ownership and Liability

Once a product is delivered to you, you assume full ownership and responsibility for it. The Trade Table is not responsible for:

  1. Improper Installation – We recommend that all products be installed by licensed and reputable professionals. Incorrect installation can void warranties and cause product damage or safety hazards.
  2. Damage After Delivery – Any damage that occurs after delivery, including during installation, is not covered by The Trade Table.
  3. Loss or Misuse – Any damage, loss, or safety issues caused by improper use, neglect, or failure to follow the product's guidelines are solely the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States

Due to significantly higher shipping costs, we have implemented the following strict policy for orders outside the contiguous 48 United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and other countries):

1. Additional & Mandatory Shipping Fees

  • Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. WILL incur additional shipping charges based on destination, weight, and size.
  • These fees are mandatory, non-negotiable, and must be paid in full before your order is processed.
  • If shipping costs exceed initial estimates, customers must pay the difference before shipment. Failure to pay will result in order cancellation with NO REFUND.

2. No Exceptions for Free Shipping or Promotions

  • No free shipping offers apply—ALL shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Promotional discounts, shipping coupons, or other shipping-related offers do not apply to non-contiguous U.S. orders.

3. Extended Processing & Delivery Times – No Guarantees

  • Orders outside the contiguous U.S. will take significantly longer to process and deliver.
  • Any estimated delivery times provided are NOT guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

4. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs & No Order Cancellations

  • All shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Carrier delays
    • Customs holds
    • Incorrect address provided by the customer
    • Refused deliveries
    • Returns for any reason
  • Once an order has been placed, it CANNOT be canceled or refunded. If you refuse delivery, your order will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Customer Responsible for Duties, Taxes, & Import Fees

  • Customers must pay all duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their local government. These fees are NOT included in the shipping cost.
  • If a package is held at customs due to unpaid fees, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve the issue. We do NOT provide refunds for packages delayed, seized, or returned due to unpaid fees.

6. All Return Costs Are the Customer’s Responsibility

  • We DO NOT cover return shipping costs under any circumstances. If you choose to return an item, you must pay for return shipping in full.
  • Returns must be pre-approved, and unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
  • If a return is accepted, only the product cost will be refunded—original shipping fees will NOT be refunded.

7. No Exceptions for Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers must ensure their shipping address is 100% accurate before placing an order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided:
    • We will NOT refund the order.
    • The customer must place a new order at their own expense.

8. No Liability for Lost, Stolen, or Rejected Packages

  • We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Once a package is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and retrieve it.
  • If a package is rejected or undeliverable for any reason (e.g., unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, failure to pick up), no refunds will be issued. You will have to pay reshipment fees. 

By placing an order with The Trade Table, you explicitly agree to these strict shipping terms. Failure to read or understand this policy does NOT exempt you from these terms.
