We have made a slight modification to the Storm. The side panels are now solid grey, a color that complements the Storm beautifully and enhances its current look. In addition, the new panels will be harder to scratch and will also be more resistant to UV deformation. The waterfall and skimmer doors remain the same.

The Storm seating allows for versatility. You can relax in either of the two body-conforming captain’s chairs. One chair is 2” wider and 2” deeper than the other to accommodate different body shapes and sizes. Both chairs are equipped with armrests. A full width bench seat enables barrier free movement in the spa and its curved ends enable it to double as a lounger. The Storm also contains a step for easier and safer entering and exiting to and from the spa. This step also doubles as a cool down seat so you don’t have to exit the spa if you’re feeling a bit warm.
The Storm is a true “Plug & Play” portable spa. It needs no special site preparation. The bottom of the Storm is totally protected and the spa can be set on any solid level surface. No electrician is needed. The Storm comes standard with a 15’, 120V GFCI-protected cord that is ready to be plugged into a dedicated 15amp standard wall receptacle. For those who plan to use their spa for long periods of time in cold weather, it can also be converted to 240V operation for better heating efficiency.
The Storm is very portable. It weighs approximately 320 lbs., dry weight, and it has built in hand recesses for easy lifting and handling. It can easily be transported in the back of most pick-up trucks, on a small trailer or in a moving truck so you don’t ever have to worry about leaving your spa behind again.

The Storm gets its name from nature. The often uncontrollable force of nature that is the storm reminds us of the powerful movement of water and the constant warm currents when we use the Storm spa; however, you can be in full control of this one. The Storm spa is equipped with 20 resistant stainless steel jets placed in such a way as to provide you with a unique and varied massage depending on your position or where you are sitting in the spa.
We ship to all lower 48 states (contiguous United States) for free. If you're interested in a product and outside the lower 48 please contact email@example.com. In some cases we may be able to get you the product you want with an additional shipping charge. It’s our goal to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times, but these are just estimations and are not guaranteed. Many things out of our control could impact the shipping time, such as supply chain issues. As soon as your order is placed, we will reach out to the supplier to ensure the product is available for immediate shipment (this does not apply to custom orders). If it is not, we will reach out to you with an arrival estimate to see if you want to proceed with the order. If not, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund immediately.
If the product is in stock (and not a custom order), it will ship within 2-5 days of your order. Tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of your product leaving the warehouse; if you do not receive the tracking information or have any questions, contact email@example.com or 256-633-6553.
All shipping information, besides the shipment price, is subject to change. With the current nature of logistics, our suppliers can only sometimes provide us with accurate information. We will be sharing any information they share with us about the shipment, but it is subject to change. For example, if a supplier tells us a kitchen package will include all products in one shipment, and when it comes time for shipment, parts of the package are shipped separately - that is out of our control. We will do our very best to provide you with up-to-date and accurate information - any information we are given, we will let you know as soon as possible.
You may have to set up a time for the product to be delivered to your household due to the heavy nature of the products. If the product is delayed in shipping because you have not set up a delivery time with the service center, that is not on The Trade Table.
We do not control the service centers that the products are shipped to, we will relay all information we are given, but we do not have the power to force the service centers (shipping centers) to do anything.
Most of the items on our catalog have warranty periods, but it varies from brand to brand and product to product. In most cases, you must submit your warranty within 30 days for it to apply. If you receive a damaged purchase, you must submit the damages within 24 hours of receiving the purchase to email@example.com or 256-633-6553. Any submissions past 24 hours will not be accepted.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy does not apply to all purchases on our catalog. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have the best cancellation policy online - cancel before the items ship for a full refund (exceptions apply). You must cancel before the item ships from the warehouse if you want to cancel your order and get a refund. Once the item ships from the warehouse, you will not be eligible for this policy. This does not apply to custom orders.
The Trade Table wants to offer you the best prices online.
If you find a lower price of the same product, we will beat their price by $50 (because every dollar counts right) for products over $2000 (this does not apply to all products in the store).
